Airport Internet Lounge

Queenstown Airport’s Internet Lounge has 16 computers and is located beside the International Arrivals area.

Internet time can be purchased at the Airport Help Desk.  The prices are: $2 for 15 minutes, $4 for 30 minutes or $6 for 60 minutes. Printing can be collected from the Airport Help Desk for 20 cents per page.

Free Airport Wi-Fi

Queenstown Airport provides 1 hour free Wi-Fi anywhere in the Terminal for every 4 hour period.  If you need more than 1 hour’s Wi-Fi, you can purchase a Surfspot Card, as set out below.

You can enjoy the freedom of wire-free high-speed internet access throughout the airport.

What do I need?

  • A wireless compatible laptop or handheld computer. Most modern computers have a built-in wireless LAN (local area network) card, and many can be upgraded with the addition of a wireless networking card.
  • You need to have a SurfSpot account OR a pre-paid scratch card which can be purchased from Travelex or the Airport Help Desk.
