Vehicles with 26 seats or more (including the driver) are required to use the airport coach parking area. A commercial coach operator agreement is required to access and transport passengers to and from the airport terminal.
Operators are required to have the following:
An active health and safety policy
Commitment to customer service policy (compliments/complaints process)
Passenger service licence
Public Liability insurance cover of at least $5 million
Vehicles hold current COF and registration

Large Passenger Service Licence
Valid insurance certificate of currency
Public Liability insurance of at least $5 million
Ensure you have access to your current vehicle register.
Complete the electronic commercial transport agreement and submit it to the Commercial team.
All required fields need to be completed including;
Initial each page;
Upload the supporting documents as attachments and check you have met all requirements.
Once your application has been approved, you will be directed to create an online account to manage your transactions. Once this has been completed, the Ground Transport team will advise on the next steps regarding the collection of the access card. We are experiencing higher volumes of inquiries at this time.
