Vehicles with 26 seats or more must park in the coach bays. A commercial coach operator agreement is required to access and transport passengers to and from the airport terminal.
To obtain approval, operators must provide the following documents (PDF or JPEG only):

| Your company's active Health & Safety Policy | |
| Commitment to Customer Service Policy (compliments/complaints process) | |
| Valid Public/General Liability Insurance with coverage of at least $10 million per event. |
