Once your application has been approved, the Ground Transport team will provide instructions for creating an online account to manage your transactions and for collecting your access card(s).
We are experiencing higher volumes of enquiries. Please allow 15 business days for your application to be processed. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for Uber to enable trips in the app after you collect your access card.
