To obtain approval and access, Taxi Operators must:
- Ensure the average age of all vehicles is less than 12 years from the date of manufacture.
- Provide the following documents (PDF or JPEG only):
| Copy of a current, no more than one month from expiry, Certificate of Fitness (COF) showing licence plate number. |

| Copy of a current, no more than one month from expiry, Vehicle Licence Registration (REGO). |

Once the application has been approved, the Ground Transport team will provide instructions for creating an online account to manage your transactions and advise on how to collect your access card(s).
