Contractor Prequalification

All contractors must be prequalified before starting any work at Queenstown Airport. This ensures you and your team have the systems, skills, and documentation needed to work safely and meet our minimum insurance coverage requirements.

QAC Contractor Induction

Before accessing any airport work area, contractors must complete the official QAC Induction through our online e-learning platform. Access to this will be provided once you've successfully completed prequalification and become an approved supplier.

Undertaking Work

Throughout your project, QAC will complete formal and informal reviews to ensure safe and compliant work delivery. This will enable strong feedback loops and collaboration throughout the delivery phase.

Project Completion

At project completion (or annually for long-term projects), QAC undertakes a structured review to capture learnings and identify improvement actions, ensuring we continuously improve our health, safety, and security processes.
