Entry is open to all invited respondents who complete the survey within the relevant period stated in the invite. One entry per respondent. Entry constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. The prize draw will take place within 28 days of the survey closing. The prize is 1 of 4 $250 Prezzy Cards.
The winners will be the first 4 names drawn in a random draw. The prize is not transferable to any third party and cannot be sold, bartered, or substituted for any other prizes. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. In the event of any dispute, the promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups, or applications automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed because of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The winners will be notified using the email address provided at the completion of the survey, within 7 days of the original competition draw. If no contact is received from the winner within 14 days of the original competition draw, their prize will be forfeit and a new winner for that prize will be drawn randomly from the eligible participants under the same Terms and Conditions.
TRA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. You agree that you will be bound by such changes and that you will not hold TRA liable for any losses resulting from any such changes.
