  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide clear and timely project status reporting, including supporting approval and governance reporting.

  • Support the programme management of QAC’s sustaining capital programme, including budgets, resourcing and coordination with business-as-usual activities.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Practical experience applying project management methodologies and tools.

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A high level of initiative, accountability and the ability to independently manage competing priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.

  • A good understanding of health and safety best practice.

Why work for us?

We’re a small, collaborative organisation with ambitious plans, so you’ll be close to the action, have the opportunity to make a tangible impact, and work alongside people from right across the business.

  • Health insurance through Southern Cross (Wellbeing Two)

  • Training and development opportunities

  • Annual well-being subsidy

  • OCP counselling programme
