App-based drivers are required to obtain an Authorised Drivers Agreement to access and transport passengers to and from the airport terminal. Note Ola and Uber are the only App-Based Operators permitted to operate from Queenstown Airport.
Operators are required to have the following:

Vehicles hold current COF and registration
The average age of all vehicles must be less than 10 years in age from the date of manufacture

Collate the following supporting documents. File formats supported are .JPEG or .PDF
Current transport service license:
Small Passenger Service Licence for vehicles of 12 seats or less

Valid insurance certificate of currency
Public Liability insurance of at least $5 million
Ensure you have access to your current vehicle register.
Complete the electronic commercial transport agreement and submit it to the Commercial team via Docusign.

Upload the supporting documents as attachments and check you have met all requirements.
Once your application has been approved, you will be directed to create an online account to manage your transactions. Once this has been completed, the Ground Transport team will advise on the next steps regarding the collection of the access card. Please allow Uber to enable trips on their end. This may take a few days following the collection of your access card.
