Parenting Room & Services
Queenstown Airport has two dedicated parenting rooms.
- The first is before security screening, located beside the International Arrivals greeting area. The Parenting Room provides facilities such as change tables, feeding chairs, and a microwave for all travellers to use free of charge.
- The second is after security screening in the Domestic Departures Lounge. We do not currently have one in the International Departures Lounge. However, we do have change tables in all accessible toilets throughout the terminal (both before and after security screening).
Phones & SIM Cards
A public telephone is located outside the main terminal near the check-in area. It takes cash or prepaid telephone cards.
Both prepaid cards and SIM cards for mobile phones can be purchased at PaperPlus, the bookstore located in the centre of the terminal, or at One NZ, accessible only to arriving international passengers in the Aelia Duty Free store.
You can also buy an eSIM directly here.
Police
During operational hours, we have a dedicated Airport Police team based in the terminal. You can contact them directly at +64 3 4092 073.
