We never sell lost property or unclaimed bags. However, fake Queenstown Airport Facebook pages sometimes offer items for sale. Please report these pages when you see them. If you think you have been scammed, please see the Scamwatch site for advice.

Lost Property at the Airport?
If you think you have lost property at the terminal or in the car parks, please visit the Airport Information Desk or submit the form below. Items found around the airport are stored for three months, then given to local charities in our region.
Perishable items are disposed of immediately, and valuables or cash totalling more than $20 are turned over to the Airport Police.
