Travelling With Pets

If you're travelling with pets, please familiarise yourself with the information below. 

We ask that you keep your pets in their crates while inside the terminal. This is to ensure the safety of people and pets in the airport environment. We also have working dogs on duty, so we encourage you to respect their work environment by keeping your furry friends contained while inside. 

If you are flying out of ZQN with your pet, place them in the crate before entering the terminal to check them in. If you are collecting them from ZQN, they will be next to the Oversize Bag Claim. Please keep them in the crate until they are outside. If you need scissors to cut the ties on the crate, we have a tool located by the bike assembly area. 

Feel free to take your pooch for a quick walk around our garden outside the terminal before or after your flight, but please keep them on a lead.
